What We Can Help You With
Our staff provides one-on-one assistance to help you build confidence in your digital skills. We offer support in these main areas:
Navigating your smartphone, tablet, or eReader.
Setting up and using Libby/Overdrive (eBooks/audiobooks), Hoopla, Kanopy, and Transparent Language.
Mastering email basics, internet browsing, and social media platforms.
Getting started with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
General Tech Questions: Got a specific issue? Just ask, and we'll do our best to troubleshoot with you.
Please note: While we do our best to accommodate all requests, we retain the right to decline if a request falls outside our technical capabilities.
How Appointments Work
Sessions run between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your specific goals.
Appointments are scheduled based on your preferred time slots and our staff’s availability.
You can book online or walk in during designated tech help hours. If a staff member is already in a reserved session, you’ll be asked to wait until they become available.
