At the Howland Public Library, we believe that learning and inspiration should happen everywhere—not just within our walls. Eligibility & Rules
To ensure everyone in our community has a fair chance to enjoy these passes, please review the following guidelines:
Passes are available to Beacon City School District residents, ages 18 and older.
You must have a library card in good standing (no outstanding late fees or lost items).
To protect the passes and keep them available for the next patron, they must be returned in person to the front desk during library hours.
